Poker Terms - Small Blind
The small blind is another forced bet made preflop like the big blind before the hole cards have been dealt. For each round of hands every player must post the small blind once, it is usually half the value of the big blind. The player posting it will have the big blind sat directly to their left and the button directly to their right.
